PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BEST Tyre Protection Sealant is liquid vulcanised rubber enforced with fibres. It is injected into the tyre through the valve, using a pump, in certain quantity defined by tyre size. The application is very easy, no need to dismantle the wheel from the machine or the tyre from the rim. Full technical details and instructions are available upon request.

Result
KEEP TYRE PROPERLY INFLATED BY SEALING ANY AIR PRESSURE LEAKAGE : • FROM RUBBER HIDDEN PORES
• FROM THE EDGE OF THE RIM
• BY CREATING AUTOMATICALLY A PATCH IN THE TREAD AREA, CURING RUBBER WITH RUBBER
• FROM THE EDGE OF BIG PIECES IF THEY ARE STUCK IN THE RUBBER MASS
SIDEWALLS WILL RUN COOLER BY ABSORBING THERMAL & ELECTRIC STRAIN
PROTECT FROM RUST USING VERY STRONG RUST INHIBITORS
BALANCE THE WHEEL DYNAMICALLY CENTRIFIGULAR FORCES ADD WEIGHT TO THE WEAKEST POINT

Important Notice

A. Leakages of air will be sealed automatically but not instantly.
The resin of BEST will continuously coat the wound and any other pores of rubber and will seal them immediately after the product has entered the wound.
This means that some time maybe necessary depending on the damage.
Inject the product, inflate your tyres and let the machine operate. BEST will work better and better as:

• the tyre spins and there is time for the product to cover the whole internal area
• the tyre is loaded and flexing of rubber permits resin to enter the pores and wounds
• the resin gets warm because as a colloidal material the warmer the better glue it becomes.
B. BEST will seal damages created by sharp point objects i.e nails and screws, within the limits of sizes covered by Guarantee. Sharp point objects as they are entering the tyre, destroy the rubber mass but do not brake the metal belts; therefore the tyre retains its original strength.
BEST is rubber in liquid form; it will cure rubber using rubber; it will never restore the original strength of the tyre if the metal armory is damaged. Rubber cannot cure steel bars.
If a puncture is leaking, although the tyre is protected by BEST, one of the following three reasons may occur:

1. The wound is too big to be sealed by "BEST". In this case, metal belts are broken and after the wheel is turned so that the wound will come downwards, leakage of air and product simultaneously will be noticed. Repair of such a wound demands replacement of the belts strength that is, an "armed" patch is necessary.
2. There is not enough quantity of "BEST" in the tyre. This may occur due to installer wrong counting of strokes or malfunction of the pump. In this case, leakage of air only will be noticed, possibly with very small drops of resin. To repair the tyre, turn the wound downwards, install more material in it, up to the listed quantity and inflate the tyre in normal pressure.
3. There is no air in the tyre. In this case there is no leakage, neither of resin nor of air, but the tyre is flat. The patch will be created immediately after the tyre is inflated and the wound turned downwards.
As a combination of the above 2 and 3, it is very rare but has been noticed, that some punctures coming from small objects are not sealed. In this case:

• check the quantity applied in the tyre and add some more product
• temporarily inflate the tyre 10% more than the normal operating pressure
• let the machine operate so that the tyre is warm and loaded
• decrease the tyre pressure in normal levels
